Executive Administrative Assistant-

Responsibilities:
Provides full assist to the CEO and President: booking travels, organize calendar, schedule meetings, special projects, and other routine office duties.
Maintains a professional, highly polished image at the front desk
Attend to and greet all visitors/guests-issue guest’s pass/parking validations
Provides primary typing support for memos, correspondence, reports, and all other documents
Coordinates all mail service activities such as: postage machine, courier and Federal Express mail services
Responsible for daily opening, date stamping and sorting of all mail, packages and deliveries
Update and maintain the various spreadsheets and contact Lists
Responsible for making monthly calendars and distributing them to the staff the last day of the month

Qualifications:
3-5 years’ experience as Executive Administrative Assistant.
Ability to interface well with all departments within the company and to represent the respective executive officer in a highly professional manner.
Possess a high degree of proficiency with MS Office products including Word, Excel, Access, and Power Point.
Must be polished and professional.
Must demonstrate ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Exceptional organizational skills required.
Ability to meet designated deadlines in high stress environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) huge plus.
